Anna Maria Chlumsky is an American actor from the United States. Her acting career began as young and became popular for her character Vada Sultenfuss in the film My Girl and its sequel My Girl 2. Following her early roles she stepped back from 1999 until 2005, to study at the college of her choice. Anna Chlumsky was born on 3 December 1980 in Chicago Illinois to Nancy and Frank Chlumsky Jr. Their father was a chef and her mother previously worked as a flight attendant. In addition, her mother has the ability to sing as well, her dad also plays saxophone. When she was just 10 months young, Marshall Fields employed her as a child model in their commercials. The couple divorced when she was two after which she was taken care of by her single mother. The child model for Marshall Field's ads at the age of 10 months. Their parents split when she aged two. She was raised by a sole mother.
